Again, I can not believe we are already at the end of 2015. I remember being a kid, thinking, time went by so so so slow. Now, it is just flying by. It can slow down, right?
So much has happened with this year, I have no idea where to begin. I became a part of an improv group known as Group Text, I found some really amazing and talented friends from there and with my AMAW family and I have learned more ways to keep healthy and spread that to my husband, family, friends, and pretty much anyone that wants my help. Let me start first with AMAW. This studio is amazing. Just pure love and joy. I look forward every Thursday to make that long commute in LA traffic, so I can get inspired with all my talented friends in class. I know I owe so much to my self confidence, growth from my amazing teacher, Nina Paul Rausch, and all the wonderful classmates. The class grew smaller as the year drew to the end, but I am so happy to say that those that had to take time off will be coming back in the New Year. Any that is serious about acting and know that you can never stop taking classes, this is the place to go! Moving right along to LA Connection Comedy Theatre.... Corey and I had to take these last few months off due to traveling and being on a budget, so we definitely miss being able to rehearse weekly and be a part of shows. But, we did find out that our wonderful theatre in Sherman Oaks will soon be relocating to Burbank and I am super excited about it. It is in a wonderful spot, and I am sure will help bring more people in due to the great location. I am super excited now for this is the week of prepping to head back east. Not excited for the packing( I mean, who loves to pack??!?) but Corey and I will be taking the rest of the year to take the time to be with family. First will be my family in West Virginia, and then the long drive to New Jersey to be with his. It will never be long enough of a visit but we are blessed that we have been able to get home to spend this time of year with them. I am super excited to be able to see my wonderful niece and 2 nephews. It is so hard being away from them and they are growing up so fast, but I know California is the place I need to be and it will all pay off. I am already saying, when that time comes, I am taking them to Disney!! The new year is going to be a busy one but I am excited to see what everything holds for us. I know patience is a virtue and it is sometimes hard to stay on that for we are a want it now kind of pace! But, I am putting my trust in the process and ready to hit it hard start of the year. My goal is to get theatrical representation within the first few months of the year. I want to book a guest star role and start getting weekly auditions. I also want to be able to help so many others with health and fitness with my own work( that I'm so blessed to have so I can have the time to be an actor) to grow their own health and fitness, and live their life by design. Also, completely random but have to share an update. Corey & I are in our last week of 21 Day Fix Extreme and I can not be more RELIEVED! It has been super hard but that was to be expected, but I will be happy it is over when it is. We have not been perfect, meaning a couple of slip-ups, but I did measure my waist today and have lost 1 inch! Feeling better and can not wait to see the final results before flying out east! Here's to a wonderful Merry Christmas spent with those you love and a Happy New Year!
