Coach Summit 2016

July 28-31, Corey and I went on a business conference, Beachbody Coach Summit, in Nashville.

We met up with a few of our coaches on our team, and were ready to dive in with the trainings and tips from top coaches, and motivational speakers, as well as work out with celebrity trainers.

I wish I could share all but here are a few of the highlights from our trip.
