I'm getting used to updating and building my website, but I wanted to go ahead and update you on a few things.
I have been living out in California for about 3 months and I am very happy with the progress that has been made I recently went out of my comfort zone and auditioned to be a part of an improv troupe. Improv has always been what I considered a weakness of mine. Perhaps I was just scared of it. But, I knew that I needed to come out of this shell, conquer my fears and just go for it. So, back in September, my husband and I auditioned to be a part of LA Connection Theater. I have done improv before in a class setting but never as an audition. I told myself that I am just going to let myself go, and just do what I can do. So, when it came my turn to play so to speak :), I just went for it. I did not try to be funny, but I listened and accepted every offer thrown at me. Well, as luck may have it, Corey( my husband) and I both got accepted and have been attending a couple of rehearsals thus far. Tomorrow will mark our 3rd week and we meet every Tuesday to go over and get familiar with the games and of course to work on improv. I am so excited to be a part of this and our first show in front of an audience will be in November
